Throught I would roll into CFD today since I would be traveling tomorrow and at my parents for Thanksgiving. Not really in my wheelhouse, but it’s these kinds of WODs that I need to get better at. Strength is good, but the metabolic needs work yo.

Two Days on CrossFit Distinction Programming
